I'm fairly certain that there is no ice path in Platinum.
The location called Ice Path is in Johto.
The only icy ground I know of are in the Snowpoint Gym and the Snowpoint Temple.

Guys,I am stuck in mount icestorm too how to cross that icy path ?Guest answered:
On the left side of the stairs, you go up, then right - down - right - down - left - up - right - up. This is the ice path on route 414 in Mt. Icestorm.
