Fantina's strongest Pokemon (the first time you battle her) is level 26. I would train my Pokemon to at least that level, but any higher would make the battle easier.

You should make them at least level 28 (most of them) and have at least one Pokemon that has a type advantage over her Pokemon. Hope this helped!
