The only meadow in the game is is the Floaroma Meadow, which can be accessed both from the northwestern corner of Floaroma Town and from just south of Feugo Iron Works, however you will not find the Azure Flute there.
The Azure Flute is an event item, that means the only way to get it is a Nintendo Event. The Azure Flute event never occured.

There are 2 meadows in the game , flower paradise and floroama meadow. You won't find the azure flute there. The only way to get the azure flute is by cheating.
