It may be hard to catch all of the Legendary Pokemon with just a Staraptor. I would recommend you train a team before trying to catch the Legendary Pokemon. However, with enough Hyper Potions, it might be able to be done. You would have to lower the Legendary Pokemon's HP to barely any and then throw Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls.

Giratina - I'm guessing you have already caught Giratina. As you know, it can be found in the Distortion World at Level 47. Ultra Balls would probably work best here.

Azelf - Azelf can be found in the cave on Lake Valor. It is at Level 50, so you should do fine. Ultra Balls and Dusk Balls would work good here.

Uxie - Uxie can be found in the cave on Lake Acuity. It is at Level 50, so you should do fine. Ultra Balls and Dusk Balls would work good here.

Mesprit - Mesprit will be roaming the Sinnoh Region after you see it in the cave on Lake Verity. This might be tricky to catch. I would reocmmend you have a fast Pokemon that knows the Move Mean Look at the lead of your Party. This way, Mesprit cannot leave the battle once you find it. It is at Level 50. Quick Balls or Ultra Balls would work best here.

Cresselia - Cresselia will be roaming the Sinnoh Region after you see it in the on Full Moon Island. This might be tricky to catch. I would reocmmend you have a fast Pokemon that knows the Move Mean Look at the lead of your Party. This way, Cresslia cannot leave the battle once you find it. It is at Level 50. Quick Balls or Ultra Balls would work best here.

Palkia - If you find the Lustrous Orb in Mt. Coronet or trade for one, Palkia can be found in the Pink Gem on Spear Pillar. It is at Level 70, so it might cause you trouble. This is why I would recommend you train a team before trying to catch it. Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls would work best here.

Dialga - If you find the Adamant Orb in Mt. Coronet or trade for one, Dialga can be found in the Blue Gem on Spear Pillar. It is at Level 70, so it might cause you trouble. This is why I would recommend you train a team before trying to catch it. Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls would work best here.

Heatran - After you have finished the story-line on Stark Mountain, you can find Heatran at the very end of Stark Mountain. It is at Level 50, so it shouldn't cause that much trouble. Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls would work best here.

Regigigas - If you obtain and have Regice, Regirock, and Registeel in your Party, you can find Regigigas at the bottom on Snowpoint Temple. It will be at Level 1. It can be quite difficult to catch, so Ultra Balls might work best here.

Moltres - Once you have the National Pokedex, talk to Professor Oak in Eterna City. He will tell you that the Legendary Bird Trio has been seen in the Sinnoh Region. Moltres will be roaming the Sinnoh Region after this. This might be tricky to catch. I would reocmmend you have a fast Pokemon that knows the Move Mean Look at the lead of your Party. This way, Moltres cannot leave the battle once you find it. It is at Level 60. Quick Balls or Ultra Balls would work best here.

Zapdos - Once you have the National Pokedex, talk to Professor Oak in Eterna City. He will tell you that the Legendary Bird Trio has been seen in the Sinnoh Region. Zapdos will be roaming the Sinnoh Region after this. This might be tricky to catch. I would reocmmend you have a fast Pokemon that knows the Move Mean Look at the lead of your Party. This way, Zapdos cannot leave the battle once you find it. It is at Level 60. Quick Balls or Ultra Balls would work best here.

Articuno - Once you have the National Pokedex, talk to Professor Oak in Eterna City. He will tell you that the Legendary Bird Trio has been seen in the Sinnoh Region. Articuno will be roaming the Sinnoh Region after this. This might be tricky to catch. I would reocmmend you have a fast Pokemon that knows the Move Mean Look at the lead of your Party. This way, Articuno cannot leave the battle once you find it. It is at Level 60. Quick Balls or Ultra Balls would work best here.

Regice - If you obtain the Event Regigigas and have it in your Party, you can find Regice inside the cave on Route 216. It will be at Level 30, so it shouldn't cause much trouble. Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls would work best here.

Regirock - If you obtain the Event Regigigas and have it in your Party, you can find Regirock inside the cave on Route 228. It will be at Level 30, so it shouldn't cause much trouble. Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls would work best here.

Registeel - If you obtain the Event Regigigas and have it in your Party, you can find Registeel inside one of the caves on Iron Island. It will be at Level 30, so it shouldn't cause much trouble. Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls would work best here.

As you can see, you may have some trouble if you only have a Level 68 Staraptor. I would recommend you train a team before going after the High Leveled Legendary Pokemon.

Hope this helps!

That's awesome! Like I said, you may have problems with the Higher Leveled Legendary Pokemon.
