Your Pokemon have Higher Levels than the Gym Leader's Pokemon. However, you might struggle against her. She is a Grass-Type Trainer. Three of your Pokemon (Bibarel, Prinplup, and Shellos) are weak against Grass-Type Moves. None of your Pokemon are Super Effective against her Pokemon.
I would recommend you obtain and train a Flying-Type Pokemon. However, you may be able to out power her with your current team. If you have a couple of Super Potions, you may be able to defeat her.

Your team is horribly unbalanced. You have three water types, you need to diversify if you hope to get any farther.
