Michael answered:

If you put a GameBoy Advance Pokemon Game (Pokemon FireRed, Pokemon LeafGreen, Pokemon Ruby, Pokemon, Sapphire, Pokemon Emerald) in Slot 2 of your Nintendo DS and a Nintendo DS Pokemon Game (Pokemon Diamond, Pokemon Pearl, Pokemon Platinum, Pokemon SoulSilver, and Pokemon HeartGold) in Slot 1 of your Nintendo DS, you will have an option on the Nintendo DS Pokemon Game's Menu to Migrate your Pokemon from the GameBoy Advance Pokemon Game. After you Migrate Pokemon, they can be found within Pal Park.

Hope this helps!
