Question for Pokemon Platinum
Hey I was wondering about the pal park I have been there on the outside entrance but I have not been inside how do I get inside pal park because two guys said I can't go in yet cause they are working on pal park so does any one have any ideas?

After you get the National Pokedex, you should be able to access Pal Park.

To enter the building, you need to get the National Dex. To actually enter the park, you need to migrate Pokemon from a Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/FireRed/Leafgreen version.
