It sounds like something may be wrong with your game. You may want to have it checked out.
If you trying to trade Pokemon that were created by cheats, this may be the problem.

I think that symptoms for this error screen would be that Wi-Fi Connection is not set up properly, is not connecting, or one of the Pokémon being traded was hacked.
