Question for Pokemon Platinum

Ok my action repaly is dumb all the codes are set I press the start button on the screen and it just stays there froze then I press the start button on the ds and it says boot codes with game what does that mean need help

The Action Replay is asking you whether or not you want the codes mixed with the game.
