How do you find feebas then catch it? I'm having trouble here. HELP!!!

You need a lot of luck. Feebas can only be found in four water tiles in Mt. Coronet (B1). It is completely random and no one can tell you which tiles you can find Feebas. Please note; you may need to fish several times in one of the good tiles before finding the Feebas.
It is FAR easier to just trade for one.
