Here is where you can find all of the Legendary Pokemon:
Giratina - Giratina can be found at the end of the Distortion World.
Azelf - It can be found in the cave located on Lake Valor.
Uxie - It can be found in the cave located on Lake Acuity.
Mesprit - It can be found in the cave located on Lake Verity. After you encounter it, it will roam the Sinnoh Region.
Heatran - Heatran can be found at the end of Stark Mountain.
Cresselia - Cresselia can be found on Full Moon Island. After you encounter it, it will roam the Sinnoh Region.
Regigigas - Regigigas can be found in the basement on the Snowpoint Temple. You must have Regice, Registeel, and Regirock in your Party in order to battle Regigigas.
Dialga - If you trade over or find the Adamant Orb, you can battle Dialga. It can be found in the blue portal on Spear Pillar.
Palkia - If you trade over or find the Lustrous Orb, you can battle Palkia. It can be found in the pink portal on Spear Pillar.
Articuno - If you talk to Professor Oak in Eterna City after you receive the National Pokedex, Articuno can be found roaming Sinnoh.
Moltres - If you talk to Professor Oak in Eterna City after you receive the National Pokedex, Moltres can be found roaming Sinnoh.
Zapdos - If you talk to Professor Oak in Eterna City after you receive the National Pokedex, Zapdos can be found roaming Sinnoh
Regirock - If you obtained the Event Regigigas, then you can battle Regirock. If you have that Regigigas in your Party, Regirock can be found in the cave on Route 228.
Registeel - If you obtained the Event Regigigas, then you can battle Registeel. If you have that Regigigas in your Party, Registeel can be found in one of the caves in Iron Island.
Regice - If you obtained the Event Regigigas, then you can battle Regice. If you have that Regigigas in your Party, Regice can be found in one of the caves in Mt. Coronet.
