How do you get the key to team galactic HQ and Veil Stone City? How do you move the yellow and brown boxes in Galactic HQ?

The Galactic Key can be found in the Galactic Warehouse in Veilstone City. It is basically at the end of the Warehouse, in the blocked off area at the beginning of the Warehouse.
