If you have done everything correctly, you now need to head to Spear Pillar. Spear Pillar is at the end of Mt. Coronet. You must use the Entrance of Mt. Coronet near Hearthome City. You basically have to keep heading north in Mt. Coronet to get to Spear Pillar.
You may be able to find a Video on how to get there on this Site. If not, try searching Youtube.
