Question for Pokemon Platinum

In Pokemon Platinum, I have received the National PokeDex using Action Replay, later I filled my Sinnoh Dex, but the people in front of the path to the resort area and the survival area are still in the way, What do I do?

You need to also beat the elite four. I'm guessing using a code might have messed things up. Hopefully it didn't though. Go Snowpoint city and go down to the guy with the boat. If you talk to him he should take you to the Fight Area where you can head to the survival area and resort area via surf. Hope this helps.

The game won't aknowledge the National Dex unless it is obtained legitimately.

Why did you hack to get the National Dex early? It serves no purpose other than to see data on Pokemon and gain access to the Survival Area and Resort Area?

Turn the code for the National Pokedex off and give Professor Rowan a visit. If you talk to him he will give a boring talk with you and at one point Professor Oak shows up and says something. After the talk he will give you the LEGITIMATE National Pokedex and THEN you will be able to go to the Survival Area and the Resort Area.
