Everytime I put a subscription in the addres bar it says there is an errer and I trying to make a snivy code but I can't help

There is no address bar nor are there any subscriptions in Pokemon games.
Snivy cannot be obtained in this game through any means. Not even hacking the game can get you one. You must play Black or White version to get a Snivy.
