Question for Pokemon Platinum

Why can't I see the portals on the spear pillar for the legendary Pokemon? I have both of the orbs for the two (2) legendaries but I can't see the portals or the Pokemon.

Provided you have the orbs, recieved the National Dex, didn't hack the orbs, and are at the summit, you should see both portals.

You will not see both portals, you will see Dialga's first then Palkia's.

There are more requirements than just the orbs.

Requirements:
-Adamant Orb(Dialga)
-Lustrous Orb(Palkia)
-Have reached the summit of Spear Pillar
-National Pokedex
-Have beaten the Pokemon League after trying this before(if you have tried and succeeded before)
- Have talked to Lucian in the Canalave Library(after No.5 on this list)
-Have talked to Cynthia in the Celestic Ruins(after No.5 on this list)
-The orbs are not hacked or traded whilst being held

Hope this helps!

By the way they are lv. 75 each so bring Pokemon at about 80+ to defeat him and 82+ to catch him. For weaknesses Palkia is Water+Dragon and Dialga is Steel+Dragon, so for Dialga Grass-, Ice- and Dragon-type moves are effective and for Palkia Grass-, Ice-, Dragon-, Steel-, and Electr-type moves are effective. My suggestion for team are (Dialga- Abombasnow, Victreebel, Froslass, Sunflora, Flygon, and Altaria). For (Palkia- Manectric, Abombasnow, Bellossom, Altaria, Empoleon, and Luxray). You may find trouble with their moves Heal Block, Spacial Rend(Palkia), and Roar of Time(Dialga), as Spacial Rend and Roar of Time both take 100 damage and Heal Block prevents the use of Berries and moves like Moonlight. Good luck!

You can find Abombasnow on the snowy side of Mt. Coronet, Victreebel(Gloom will be on the island in the middle of Route 230),
Froslass(Snorunt will be in Routes 216 and 217), Sunflora must be migrated, Flygon must be migrated, Altaria(Swablu will be at Route 210), Manectric(Electrike will sometimes be at Valley Windworks after getting the National Pokedex), Bellossom(Gloom can be found at the island in the middle of Route 230), Empoleon(Piplup is a starter), Luxray(Luxio may be found at Route 222). Hope this helps!
