The Razor Claw can be found somewhere on Route 224.
To make a Pokemon happy, put it first in your Party. In other words, uses it in battle a lot. When it gets hurt in battle, heal it immediately. Also, feed it lots of poffins.

First you let your Pokemon die and trade it to a different game and save then trade it back take it to the poke center and go into box and release it it will make it happy cause doesnt like and thats y it probably died.
