Question for Pokemon Platinum
I am trying to catch the legendary birds,Articuno & Zapdos, Cresselia, and Mesprit. I have them so low in health that you can barely see any red yet have been throwing all different types of balls without any effect. They simply break free and dissappear. I caught Moltres on the first try with a quick ball. What am I doing wrong and how do I catch them?

It's all luck. There is no secret.
But you can try using a Pokemon with "Mean Look." As long as the Pokemon that uses Mean Look stays in battle, the legendary Pokemon cannot flee. Alternately, you can just use a Pokemon with "Shadow Tag" (an ability).

A good way to catch legendarys is to stock up on many ultra balls and to save before so if you don't ctch it you can always try again
