I would say to use Ultra Balls on Cresslia, but only after you have used Mean Look to keep it from fleeing.

Anything. There is no right answer. There is never a "right" ball to use.

Use mean look to keep it from fleeing (the easiest way to get mean look is to catch a zubat and teach it mean look by TM) after that use your best performanced pokeball ultra ball is mainly the best regular performance apart from master ball but if you used soak on cresselia a net ball would do pretty good aswell. To get cresselia on low health try using false swipe this will highten the catch rate . Its best to get lots of good pokeball's incase it fails.
