Well, Arceus' Base Stat in every Category is 120. That gives it a total of 720, since there are six categories. Pokemon only need a total of 600 to be considered a Legend, but Arceus goes far beyond that. So, it pretty good.

600 base stats does not make a pokemon a legendary. Phione only has 580 but is a legendary, and Slaking has 680 but is not legendary.

n my opinion, it depends on if you got him lvl100, or another lvl...because his lvl progression is great, but if you cant train him it's not as good...also, it took 2 judgements to take out a lvl 60 rhyperior with my lvl100 arceus...it's pretty good, but not all it's cracked up to beSearch for more answers for Pokemon Platinum or ask your own question here.
