There is no specific place to find them. After you talk to Professor Oak, the three birds will be roaming Sinnoh. You must use your Marking Map App on your Poketch to track them down.

They will start to roam about Sinnoh after talking to him. So they can be caught anywhere just don't ride your bike our use the move fly.
