A bad egg is usually a hacked Pokemon whose stats exceed the max limit. I've gotten them before when copying my Pokemon to Battle Revolution while having some of my older hacked Pokemon whose stats were higher than normal. It is a bad thing.

Thank you man and yea I didn't save my game when I got it because I thought it was something bad.

You don't want to have a bad egge. It is a glitch that will usually screw your game and prevent global trade. The only way to get it is by hacking. It's a bad thing

Bad eggs are a punishment for cheating, they are permenant. You cannot hatch them, trade them, or release them. You either have to ignore them or delete your game data and start again. Sometimes, if you check their data, they will freeze the game.
