If you have the 11th Movie Event Regigigas, you can find the Regi(s) on Platinum. Regirock can be found in the cave on Route 228. Registeel can be found in an extra cave in Iron Island. Regice can be found in an extra cave in Mt. Coronet.

You need the event Level 100 regigigas, which you can get from the SuperCheats Pokemon Trading Forum which is located Here They are located at Mount Correnet, The bottom of the cave on Iron island, and a secret cave in the desert near Strak Mountian.
