Use a bunch of rare candy to level it up to a hundred without beating the Pokemon league and your Pokemon will learn new moves.

Just keep leveling till it's at 100 thats all there is to it unless you use action replay but thats one way

Well thats one way to do it to me I just trade it to my heart gold and use action replay but the code I use for t really comes in handy it's called 512 times the exp that code there even with trainers ull get to level 100 pritty fast oh say maybe like 10 15 mints tops
