If you find or trade over their Orbs, they will be up on Spear Pillar.

After you go to the Reverse world, come back, talk to the elder of Celestic Town, and get the move waterfall, go through the opening at the top of the waterfall in the fourth floor (http://www.psypokes.com/platinum/maps/mtcoronet4f.png will show you a picture of the floor) inside are the adamant and lustrous orbs, grab them, then go to the summit and the will be a purple and a blue shape go the purple shape and press A (with the orbs) to encounter Palkia, and the same with the blue one for Dialga. If you knock them out, beat the elite four and go back.
