You can get them from two separate WiFi Mystery Gift Events. However, I believe these events have already passed.

These Key Items are found through events that have already passed. You needed Wi-Fi Connection setup to receive them through Mystery Gift. The Member's Pass was used to unlock Harbor Inn to find a man who puts you to sleep on a boat to wake up on New Moon Island. Darkrai is found there. The Azure Flute was used to awaken Arceus in Spear Pillar. Your only chance of getting the items today is cheating. I hope that I've helped. MaPoLe3591
