I'm assuming you mean in the Sinnoh dex. They are Manaphy and Rotom.

In the Sinnoh Pok�dex, #151 is Manaphy and #152 is Rotom. In the National Pok�dex, I do not know what #151 is, but #152 is Chikorita. I hope that I've helped. MaPoLe3591
