How do I get Lugia or Ho-oh because I have the three birds but I still can't figure it out....Someone please help!!!

The only way you can get them in Pokemon Platinum is to have someone with Heart Gold and Soul Silver to trade them to you. That or you can buy an Action Replay and use codes to get them.

You can't get ho-oh and luigia, you mast trade or migrate them from hearthgold or soulsilver
