Wayward Cave B1F

they are floors, like basement and 1st floor.

They sell them at the Battle Frontier but they are 48 BP and hard to get so try these locations instead:
Old Chateau
Wayward Cave
You can also put a Pokemon in your party with the ability Pickup and eventually you may find a Rare Candy.

There is one near vielstone city team galatic building also in route 210,207,224,225,228,great marsh,wayard cave,and old chateau.Also if your Pokemon has the move ability pickup.
