Ace Trainer Jonah on the second basement floor of Iron Island has one. You can also find them in the Ruin Maniac's tunnel.

Some, if you want to catch one, are in the Ruin Maniac Tunnel after you catch all UNOWN. You can find a Trainer in Iron Island named Jonah and an Ace Trainer in the basement.

The Ace Trainer named Jonah's Hippopotas is level 31-35 so make sure you have some good Pokemon with you as at that part of the game levels 31-35 is strong.Search for more answers for Pokemon Platinum or ask your own question here.
