i accidentally released my Magikarp with my item Quick Claw and ive been trying to get back because if i cant i cant catch the legendary pokemon Mesprit so if you

Well you can't, sorry. And you can only put in cheats in an action replay. If you go to add codes un platinum and type in the code in the action replay,then you can insert platinum into the ar and play it with cheats.
There is no way that you can get your original Magikarp back but shut off your system before you saved it. You could also get a new Quick Claw through trades.
The trading method is...
1) Tell a friend that you need a new Quick Claw because you accidentally released your Magikarp holding that item.
2) Then you tell him that the only way he can get a new one is...
Your friend has to do this:
2.1) Make a Pokemon of his hold a Quick Claw.
2.2) Trade that Pokemon to you for a random one of yours.
2.3) Take the Quick Claw from the Pokemon traded to you.
2.4) Trade the Pokemon traded to you back to your friend.
If you do not have a friend then you must have shut off your game before you have saved the game. If you already saved the game and you have no friend then there is no other way that you can get another Quick Claw.
