How do you change the starter pokemon you pick in the beginning

How do you change the starter pokemon you pick in the beginning to legendaries? Example: turn Chimchar to Arceus or turn Piplup to Regigigas etc.

Yes you can if there is an AR code for it then yes like there i8s a code3 to change starter to an eevee

I do not know where you got the fact that you can change your starter Pokemon into any Pokemon. I have only seen a Turtwig turned into a Voltorb. That was with an R4i. There is no way to do this without cheating.

The only way to do this is to cheat but it's easy and free. First unlock the pokecenter wirless trade center. Then go to pokegts.com and copy the DNS code on the top ofn the page. Then go to select Pokemon choose what game your playing then load it the website will tell you how you will pick it up and so and so. But one thing I tried this with a normal ds and it didnt work so the only way it will work is with a dsi or 3ds. Hope I helped.
