If you have the same trouble I had then when you try to enter the cheat and press the instructed buttons the game only shows the sinnoh dex. I will explain how to get the national dex complete when this happens. First enter this code in the action replay and yes this is the (US) version.

Then once you are in the game press L and select at the same time.
RikaRulez: This does work. I've tried it in an emulator. It works for National Dex too once you get it.

i just need like 2 more pokemon in my pokedex too complete it is their a code for a specific pokemon

It just frezzez in my game when I press l and selcect

It's too long because I'm not going to hook my AR 2 the computer because last time I did, it messed up so if you could possibly get a shorter code, the would be great or else I won't use the code. Hope you find a shorter 1!! Bleh! Thats my comment to long AR codes!Bleh!!
