You'll want another Eevee or an Eeveelution to breed with Flareon. When breeding, the baby Pokemon born from the Egg will be in the same evolution chain (lowest form) as the mother, with at least some of the moves from the father. So if you breed a male Flareon with a female, say, Houndoom (not sure if they can breed together, just using an example), the baby born would be a Houndoor with some of, or all of, Flareon's moves.

No. You can have either another Flareon(other gender)or get a ditto at the Pokemon mansion. I think in order to get a ditto you have to beat the Pokemon leuge and get the national dex.

You can get an Eevee egg if you have a female Eevee and another male Pokemon. A Pokemon egg will always hatch like it's mother, of course, so I don't think it's possible for you to have eggs with a male Flareon and end up with an Eevee egg.

you would need the same type or ditto or eevee. but the egg will be the female's breed. i'm a expert breeder, so i read the books.

i got a male flareon and i breed them all the time with a ditto it works because i got 6 more eevee's yesterday it just takes some time

You can buy an Eevee at Veilstone Game Corner Gift exchange,just reset when it's male.
