How do you evolve togepi?
I got a togepi froman egg so how d I evolve it does it evolve at a certain lv? And I know it's not true but togepis evolve isnt Lugia right? It just says so in the Pokemon crystal legendarys guide lol

To evolve togepi you need to have bonded with it (make it like you) then once it likes you enough it will evolve on level up. If you want to evolve togetic you need to use a dawn stone (I think) on togetic to evolve it into togekiss. Hope this helps.

Make it love you first. Travel with it, battle with it, get it massages, feed it vitamin drinks, etc. Then once it fully loves you [you can check with the Friendship app] level it up one and it will evolve.

Make it love you by giving it Medicine that aren`t herbs, train it, put and keep it in your party, battle with it, and once it is at MAX happiness level it up and it will evolve.
