If I use my action replay to aquire certain Pokemon, will doing
From what I experianced in Diamond, after I aquired certain Pokemon using some cheats, The game wouldnt let me trade over the internet? Does that happen in Platinum?

It's the same for all Pokemon games. Certain Pokemon are difficult to trade in any way, be it over the internet or just regular trading with a friend. I have heard of Action Replay codes that make it possible, though, but I don't know them.
