I was woundering how to I get a ar code to be able to get arcues I would really lov e to get this pokemon? And is there any ar codes so I can get the ret of the special event Pokemon like celibie?

You can always use the Encounter code. Select which Pokemon you wish to encounter and start the game. You should then encounter them anywhere in the wild. It works for all Pokemon, including event Pokemon like Arceus and Celebi.
The code should already be built in to your Action Replay when you buy it. If it isn't connect it to your PC and update it. Your version might have been released before Platinum was, hence why there might be no codes for the game on there.

I don't have the code for arceus on platinum but I have lots of celibe if you want one my friend code is 2794 1170 9688 and ill be in the
Wi-fi room around 4:00 to 4:30
