Haha...the dawn stone it's rith in the cave between Pyrite City and Heart--- city. Just enter by Pyrite city's side, and go all way down, then, go up, use surf, and go across the water, there'll be the dawn stone.

What is Pyrite City? Are you talking about Oreburgh? And it is HeartHOME.
