Skorupi is found in the Great Marsh. It's quite uncommon, so check the binoculars daily.
Spiritomb is found in the Hallowed Tower via fishing. However, you need to have obtained the Odd Keystone and have had 32 Underground conversations before it will appear there.

You also need the Odd Keystone.Guest answered:
Skorupi- Great Marsh
Spiritomb- In the Hallowed Tower after effected by an Odd Keystone and you talked to 39 people Underground
