Well deoxys can regenerate and also has different forms and has multiple arms.
But arceus is a normal type and a Pokemon god and possibly the strongest Pokemon so far..
I believe arceus would have a better advantage..

Defenetly Arceus. Arceus would kill Deoxys in any form especily attack form. The only way Deoxys would win is if Arceus was holding a toxic plate.

DEOXYS can regenerate but ARCEUS is the ultimate Pokemon. ARCEUS would probably win against DEOXYS unless ARCEUS is holding a Toxic Orb or a Toxic Plate.

Well for one arceus is "TEN TIMES THE SIZE"of deoxys and besides, although arceus and deoxys aren't Pokemon what with arceus a "GOD"and deoxys an"ALIEN VIRUS" and given the
Fact that arceus can be any type he wants,and deoxys has a pathetic regeneration ability,
I strongly believe that arceus would win and I don't think that arceus would be stupid enough
To use a poison plate or fist plate considering that he created all Pokemon and their abilities.
I mean think about it for a second, arceus can hold his own against dialga, palkia and giratina
Together and come out of it unscathed. So I doubt that some amalgamation of space trash can even wound arceus let alone scratch him.
THE WINNER IS ARCEUS!!!!

Against Deoxys A: Look at this logically. In the a battle, it doesn't matter if one Pokemon is god or one is from space. What matters is their typing, stats, & moves. The game mechanics don't care if Arceus created Sinnoh. If Arceus had a Focus Sash & a Dark, Bug, or Ghost plate, then it would win. It would survive a cripplying base 180 attack stat, & crush Deoxys with super effective Judgment. However, if it does not have a focus sash, then Deoxys A would destroy it, because it's attack is 60 base points higher than Arceuses Defense, & it's speed is 30 base points higher than Arceuses speed. Deoxys D: it's attack is very low, so it would take a while, but Arceus would shatter it's defenses because of Deoxyses very low HP. Speed: It depends on arceuses plate. If deoxys does super effective damage, arceus would die in 2 or 3 turns. However, Arceus could destroy Deoxys s if it had a dark plate. Deoxys N: In it's normal form, deoxys has base 50 hp, def, & sp def, & base 150 atk, sp atk, & spd. Again, it all depends on whether deoxys or arceus has the super effective move. Deoxys N would most likely lose, because it's attacks are not strong enough to 1 hit ko arceus. After taking one attack, Deoxys goes down. There. The best answer on this thread.

I think arceus because of the god status in the game and in the anime both well here are the reasons
1:in the anime arceus was able to take out the creation trio without being scratched
2:in the game 1 Deoxys A - deoxys a has an unbeleivably awesome attack stat but it's other stats are crippled and same with other forms for e.g
Deoxys D has an awesome defence but it's other stats are crippled

I believe that deoxys would win because it's only a legend that arceas made sinnoh not a fact and deoxys can desstry arceas cause realy arceas sorta sucks

Deoxys would win easily I mean, think about it. Yes Arceus is the creator of the Pokemon world, but Deoxys is the creator of space. Deoxys is much stronger than Arceus. So it would win. But iff you wanna know who would win them ALL... It's, Bidoof.

Arceus created of the universe would win because I deoxys gets close to winning arceus can press the big shiny reset in the universe

Arceus will definitely win. It made the Pokemon world and basically the universe and created the creation trio, rayquaza, groudon and kyogre. I mean Arceus is practically invincible, It didn't even take a scratch against the creation trio.

Very good speed and Attack, and destroyed an Xerneas with psycho boost
In one hit. From my experience with Pokemon, Deoxys would destroy arceus too.
Here's why. Deoxys can learn Stone edge(Bug coverage),Superpower(Dark coverage),And shadow ball(Ghost obviously).
