I tried to use my poke radar but it won't let me? I need some advice please.

Simple answer: if your on your bike it won't work and if your not in the small grass it won't work. P,s I would suggest go in the small grass

You might haveto walk a certain amount of steps for it to work

You MUST be in the grass to make it work.
You can't be on your bike,either.
