how do u get master balls with out action replay?

Well other than the one you get from Team Galactic HQ the only other legit way to get one is by winning th epokemon Lottery in jublife city TV station but the odds of winning first prizr (masterball) are slim. You could also ask someone to trade you one on one of the forums if you have wi-fi. Or alternatively take your chances without a masterball Dusk balls and timer balls are the best if you are looking in caves or outside at night. Also pack a few quick balls and throw on as soon as the battle starts sometimes you get lucky even with legendarys as quick balls have a high catch rate if used streight away.

There is only 2 ways to obtain master balls legitly.One is the obvious,you get one after you defeat Cyrus at Galactic HQ (Head Quarters) in Eterna City.The other is very hard to do so you will need to get lucky,the Pokemon Lotto in Jubilife City.Get 5 right and you will get one free master ball.Hoped I helped.

You can get one in the storyline and some in the lottery. To get them out of the lottery you have to match up completetly in the same order. In other words,the grand prize. As you can imagine, it is extremely hard.

It's not that hard for me because I traded with alots of people and I already won 7 master balls

If you trade using the GTS you might get a Pokemon holding a master ball, you can also migrate in a Pokemon holding one from another game, or you can win the lottery (next to imposable to do).

There is only one other way rather than defeteing Cyrus... LOTO!!! wich is extremly rare you even win a prize at all!!! and you need first place to get it!!!
and the chances of beating the random number genorator is as slim as catching legendary's at level 100 in a normal pokeball at full health without any status problems!!!!!

You walk in and out of maylene's gym 100 times perfectly, and when you walk in for the 100th time you talk to maylene and she gives you 100 masterballs. It doesn't work if you do it any other #

When your done with the elite four there is a hiker man you talk to him and he askes you for a pichu and if you get him the pichu he will give you 5 master balls!!!

You can get one masterball when you walk out of maylines gym there is a guy with a hat talk to him he sais he needs to talk to some one when he askes you if you wanna hear his story he will thank you for listening then he will give ayou a master ball and there you go and this one is NOT with action replay

Best way is to clone them in emerald then migrate lulz look it up

If you already have one get the Pokemon ditto and a Pokemon that knows the move theif get one Pokemon to hold the master ball in a double battle get ditto to clone the Pokemon that holds the masterball then switgch the Pokemon holding the masterball out with the Pokemon that knows theif use theif on the ditto and you have an extra masterball p.s. It can be used on anything

go to every gym talk to the leader 3 times then talk to professer roman he gives you 10 master balls p.s you have to beat elite four first.
