Giratina is not in Origin Form, but i don't know why?

Giratina is not in Origin Form, but i don't know why?
I caught Giratina in the Distortion World, but it appears in Altered form, Even though I caught it in the D world, and also says I caught it in the D world. PLEZZZ HELP ME!!!! >_>

It's supposed to do that. After you beat the Elite Four, you can go back to the Distortion world to get an item called the Griseous orb. Giving that item to your Giratina causes it to turn into it's Origin form for as long as it is holding the item.

To add a little more info to Traffic Monger's answer,you need the national dex also to get into Turnback Cave where there will be a warp hole leading you to another area of Distortion World.Keep walking til the end where you faced the Giratina and to the right,there will be a pokeball with the item Griseous Orb. Hoped I hoped,rate please.

You need to finish the Pokemon league then go to turnback cave(the place where you get Giratina in D/P)its in send off spring it's between the route throuh where you go from Veilstone City to Pastoria City.Go there and ull see a new area.Go to the area where Giratina used to stand.Ull find another portal to the Distortion World.go inside and you will find the Griseous Orb.This item will keep Giratina in it's Origin Forme!

Lol...to add a little info to prod1gy x...you don't need the national dex...once inside turnback cave all you have to do is keep walking straight...then you will come to a little swirling portal in the floor...press a on it and you will go to the distortion world...just wander around until you find the place where you faught giratina and there will be the grisisious orb...give it to giratina and he will change forms to the origin form!

After you beat the elite four go to the cave that cynthia was blocking keep walking straight press a at the portal and keep on walking around until you find the griseous orb to giritina and he will change form

You need to give it the Griseous Orb, which you can get in Distortion World after beating the Elite Four.

beat the pokemon league to get cynthia out of the way in spring path to get in turnbackcave go up all the time till u get to the portal and get that rare bone to sell it and go in the portal till the part u see a poke ball that a Griseous Orb give it to him and he transforms

Ok, Giritina isn't in Origin Forme because he isn't holding the Griseous Orb (I think it's also refered to as the Platinum Orb. I'm not sure though.). The process to get this orb is very simple~! You have to first beat the Pokemon League, then go to Turnback Cave. Get to Giratina's room, and go to the Distortion World. It's right where you caught Giritina! (: Also, the Distortion World is much easier to navigate through. There's not a lot of going up and down and stuff like that.
