Which town is the move deleter in because I got eggs from my diamond and they know 3 hms each. So can anyone remind me where he is?

The move deleter's house is located in Canalave City. The city with a library and boats that sail to iron/newmoon/fullmooon islands.

The Move Deleter is on the right side of Canalave City. I think he is the second house from the very bottom.
