You have to change the clock from your DS, DS lite, or DSi's settings. The game takes he set time of your system and uses it, so if you change the time on the system, The game's time will change as well. This is the only way to go about changing the time in your game.

When you turn on your ds (if it's not set to auto) you go to settings and you change the time.
