Does anyone know where or how to get the Gracidea Flower without having to use an Action Replay?

In america, Toys R' Us stores around the country held (or will hold) special events in which you received a special shaymin that activated an event within the game that caused a blonde woman in floaroma town to give you the gracedia flower.
Not sure where this happened in japan.
But to my knowledge these events have already happened.
This is the only legitimate way to receive a gracedia flower.

You can get the flower with the ingame shaymin you don't need the TRU shaymin but to use it you have to have the TRU shaymin

Pokemaster246, not really. I got an ingame Shaymin from a Wi-Fi trade. And I can use the Gracidea Flower. And it's Japanese! XD
My point is that you can use the ingame one too, not just the TRU one.
