Found a spot you can't use explorer kit on, wonder why?
Just to the south of the pokecentre in the Resort Area theres a guy who says that people are digging up new different stuff. If I stand one tile in from the right of the five tiles that he walks on and use explorer kit, I get the message 'Thre is a time and a place etc, but not now', and I can't go underground on that spot. Anywhre else is fine. I was wondering why this is, is it just a glitch in the game, and what is the new different stuff that he is referring to?

It's possibly a minor glitch, but it could also be the terrain you're on. Sometimes when the terrain is different, you can't go underground.
The new stuff? Could be anything. Probably has no effect on the game whatsoever. And if it does, it'll likely mean you'll dig up new things yourself.

I think it is a glitch, and the new stuff he's talking about is moon stones, claw, root, helix, and dome fossils, old amber, and, very rarely, odd keystones*!
*I have no idea how the heck you can dig up odd keystones underground(holy S***!!! It's scary!!!!!!
