Wi-fi connection.
Can someone give me a detailed guide on how to set up Wi-fi?I realy want to play online , go to Wi-fi plaza and even in animal crossing go to other peoples town.I realy want Wi-fi!

You must have:
-A nintendo DS, DS lite or DSi
-A nintendo ds game compatible with nintendo wi-fi connection(this ocassion, Pokemon platinum)
-a wireless router
-a computer
And you should know what is a WEP key to make things easier to understand.
In the Pokemon platinum game main menu(where you can select options like migrate Pokemon or new game), select "NINTENDO WFC SETTINGS", then tap the blue button.
Here, if you have the NWF usb connector, tap the button that says "connect to your NWF USB connector" and follow the instructions given. I don't know how to connect to NWFC using this methoud because I use my wireless router.
If you don't have the USB connector, tap either connection 1, 2 or 3. It really doesn't matter which one you use. Select "search for an access point" and wait. Your DS is searching for your wireless router, so move to a place near to it. Once it has finished searching, you should see your wireless router's name, and maybe some more names with it. Select your wireless router and enter your WEP key. If next to your wireless router's name there was an open lock, this isn't necessary. If the lock was closed, you must enter the WEP key. A WEP key is like a security code to prevent someone else from stealing the signal from you. It can be found in your wireless router, it's a ten-digit number printed somewhere on it. If you can't find it, ask someone who uses the signal frequently, for example, your dad/aunt/sister uses his7her laptop everyday, so he7she must enter the WEP key to connect to internet.
When you finish entering the code in your DS, it will ask you if the setting are correct, tap "OK". It will start a connection test. If it's succesful, you are ready to use the wi-fi connection. If it isn't, you did something wrong, and the game will give you an error code. Go to the nintendo support page shown on the error message on your DS, and enter the code given to you to see what went wrong.
