There is an upcoming event to distribute the SECRET KEY starting in toysru stores on 19,april and from the 20,april you would be able to get it tru wi-fi.............once you have the SECRET KEY go to the galactic eterna city building,firts floor and face the wall ,left of the t.v. Set

Use an action replay code to get the secret key than do the above

You need the Secret Key from an event. You can get one from Toys'r'us or get it on Wifi using Mystery Gift.
