Completely fill you pokedex and then talk to prof. Rowan. He will congradulate you then prof.oak barges in to talk to his old buddy. He will notice you and upgrade your pokedex to a national pokedex. Fly to the fight area the go up to the survival area or right to the resort area.

1. You must have natioal pokedex, to get national pokedex, in sinnoh pokedex must "seen 210".
2. Then, you must beat elite four.
3. And, you talk to the prof. Rowan in his Lab. Talk to Prof. Rowan, and Prof. Oak will come, and upgrade your pokedex into national pokedex.
4. Then, go to Snowpoint City.
5. Just talk to sailor (south pokemart) to board the ship into Fight Area.
6. On Fight Area, go to the east, until route 225. Explore route 225, and you will be in Survival Area!
7. If you want to go to Resort Area, from Survival Area, just to the right until route 226.
8. Explore route 226, until you see 2 way (route 227 and route 228).
9. Go to route 228, Explore that route. And you will be in Resort Area!
